Return Eligibility

- To be eligible for a return, the book must be unused and in its original condition.
- Digital products (e-books, PDFs) are non-refundable.
How to Initiate a Return

- If your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned book, we will notify you of the refund approval status.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to your original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- If you receive a defective or incorrect book, we will replace it at no extra cost.
- Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for an exchange request.
